Standard Transport Terms and Conditions

Payment on shipments must be made by cashiers check, money order, or other certified funds, no credit card payments are accepted for shipments. Payment for shipments may be made either before loading or at destination.

• All dates are approximate, no dates are guaranteed. However, our drivers are instructed to call within 24 hours before pickup and within 24 hours before delivery so that you can plan accordingly. If a truck is sent to acquire the vehicle and it is not there or is unavailable or has been moved, or can not be picked up for any other reason, an additional fee of $200.00 is added to the transport cost. If there is no one to receive the vehicle when carrier arrives it is agreed that it will be stored locally at the shipper's expense.

• An additional $200.00 winch fee will be applied to any non-operational vehicle, including vehicles that become non-operational during transit.

• Additional fees incurred before or during transmit must be paid before we release your vehicle.

• Alarm systems must be disarmed.

• No loading of vehicle with goods.

• All service is door to door, or as close to as legally possible. Most transports are 7-10 days pickup, and 7-14 days delivery coast to coast.

• There is a pre & post trip inspection report done for each vehicle. A person must be available to sign the pre or post trip inspection. All insurance claims are with the transporting carrier, and must be noted at the time of the post trip inspection. The carrier is responsible for your car as long as we have possession of auto.

• Our sole responsibility is to arrange transport for your vehicle. We are not responsible for damage due to heat or cold, or damage to canvas tops, low dangling items, nonstandard equipment, leaky fluids, etc. These terms are the only ones in effect and can be amended only in writing. If any provision or part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all other parts of this agreement remain in effect. A copy of this agreement must be signed by the shipper and is considered to be in effect even if not done so.
